   All applicable fees must be paid through the approved payment channels. Fees paid may be non-refundable, except where otherwise provided under applicable rules or policies.

   Compliance with Immigration Requirements

   You must comply with all applicable immigration requirements and the laws, rules and regulations of GMC while entering, staying, working, residing or exiting GMC.

   False or Misleading Information

   Providing false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information or documents may result in rejection or cancellation of an application, visa, permit or legal status and may lead to administrative or legal action under applicable laws and regulations.

   Verification

   GMC Immigration may verify the information and documents submitted through the system with relevant government agencies or other authorised entities where required for official purposes.

   Proper Use of the System

   The GMC Immigration System must be used only for lawful and authorised purposes. Users must not misuse the system, submit fraudulent applications, access another person's account, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the system.

    System Availability

    GMC Immigration will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the system. However, access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond the control of GMC Immigration.

    Changes to Terms and Conditions

    GMC Immigration may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, policies or system requirements. Updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the GMC Immigration System.

    By creating an account or using the GMC Immigration System, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
